Capita Employee Benefits was named Firm of the Year 2015 at the Corporate Adviser Awards in London last night (Pictured – Susan Ring accepting the award from Scottish Widows’ Peter Selby and Hal Cruttenden).
The Pension Adviser of the Year award went to Barnett Waddingham at the awards ceremony in London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel, which was chaired by comedian Hal Cruttenden.
PMI Health Group won Group Risk Adviser of the Year, and also took the title of Group Income Protection Adviser of the Year.
Premier was named as Best Integrated Health and Wellbeing Solution, and ADVO Group was crowned as Healthcare Adviser of the Year.
The award for Best Use of Technology by a Corporate Adviser went to Aon Employee Benefits, while Barclays Corporate & Employer Solutions scooped the Best Strategy for Investment Advice on Pensions category.
Best Adviser Auto-Enrolment Proposition was won by Punter Southall DC Consulting and AHC took the title for Best Member Communication Strategy.
Michelle Cracknell, chief executive of The Pensions Advisory Service, was named Personality of the Year.
The Corporate Adviser Small Firm of the Year 2015 went to Orb Employee Benefits.
In the provider categories Standard Life was named Best Group Pension Provider, retaining the title from last year. Canada Life Group Division won Best Group Risk Provider, again one of last year’s winners.
Best Healthcare Provider went to Axa PPP Healthcare, while Health Shield was named Best Cash Plan Provider.
The award for Best Master Trust went to Legal & General, while Alliance Bernstein’s Flexible Target Date Funds won the award for Ultimate Default Fund.
