Sunday best for Health Shield

Health Shield has been named in the Sunday Times 100 ‘Best Not-For-Profit Organisations’ to Work For 2013 survey.

The Friendly Society was ranked at number 51 in the list from The Sunday Times.

The annual survey identifies best practice and ranks companies on eight key performance indicators. These include staff engagement, including leadership, personal growth and how happy the workforce is with their pay and benefits.

Jonathan Burton, chief executive at Health Shield, says: “We are absolutely thrilled to have entered the 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For list for the very first time.

“This acknowledgement reaffirms our commitment to building a successful organisation through high levels of employee engagement that translate into excellent customer service and satisfaction.”
