Policy and product development role at Pada for Dean

The Personal Accounts Delivery Authority is appointing Helen Dean as its policy and product development director.

Dean will be responsible for product development, marketing and brand management of the personal accounts scheme, providing support and advice to the DWP on legislation relating to personal accounts, defining the requirements for the procurement of the administration of the personal accounts scheme and establishing the trustee corporation.
She will also be in charge of running Pada’s customer insight research programme.

Pada chief executive Tim Jones says: “Helen is a real asset to Pada. She has an unrivalled background in pensions and was involved in the development of the personal accounts policy at the DWP. She will play a key role in the successful launch of the personal accounts scheme.

Dean says: “As Pada moves into its delivery phase this is a truly exciting time to be working at the delivery authority.”
