Dentons is a provider of self-invested pension schemes (SIPPs) and small self-administered schemes (SSASs), currently managing more than 3,700 SIPPs and more than 700 SSASs, representing £2.5bn of assets under administration.
The Dentons SIPP is designed to meet the requirements of all clients by providing a wide range of investment options and an additional single portfolio option, for clients who want a more straightforward investment option.
The company has seen growth through 2015 with business increasing by 47% from the same period in 2014. The increase in new business figures and assets under administration are reflected in the high levels of service provided by Dentons to advisers and clients.
Chairman Martyn Rose has also commented that Dentons is looking to expand through acquisition if the right business or SIPP book is available. This follows Dentons’ acquisition of RSM Tenon’s bespoke SIPP arm, Tenon Pension Trustees, in March 2013 for an undisclosed sum, adding approximately 650 SIPP plans to Dentons’ SIPP book.
